Microsoft 365 Enterprise is, as the title implies, more geared towards larger organizations that want a single, secure platform with which to share and collaborate. What is Microsoft 365? An all-in-one bundle that includes the MS Office suite, Windows 10 Pro, and Enterprise Mobility+Security for a complete, interconnected experience. What is Office 365? A cloud services platform that offers familiar Microsoft products like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneDrive (along with other productivity services) either online or on-premises via a subscription plan. This offering only offers basic security features, but still acts as a great turnkey solution for smaller businesses who want a more integrated and secure way of using Windows 10 and Office 365. Microsoft 365 Business is designed specifically for small-to-medium-sized businesses with up to 300 users.

I also don't really see a lot of knobs to turn like I had with anti-spam and my understanding is that the anti-malware checks happen even before it would hit any transport rules, so I can't address it that way.NOTE: Microsoft officially announced that Office 365 was renamed to Microsoft 365 on April 21, 2020. Clickup isn't on any blacklists I could find. The thing is, O365 seems to flag the link to ClickUp as malware and then proceeds to quarantine the entire email as a result. We recently moved to a tool called ClickUp for our dev's agile process and the release manager sends an email at the end of every sprint which contains a link to ClickUp where the release notes are actually stored. So bare with me on this question, I wear a lot of different hats in our small company and email/messaging is one I rarely have to use so a lot of the Office365 stuff is still pretty new to me.
